This tripod has a 1/4" screw base which is worthless for most cameras. It is over priced. Now the company refuses to send a refund after the product was returned with an RA from service department.

I suspect so many positive reviews on YouTube are subsidized.

Good products , good service and excellent value

Ordered a F38 I was reluctant to order due it shipping from china to South Africa . But they astounded me with the speed and communication and tracking was perfect. The F38 Quick Release system is amazing and of the highest quality.

It holds the phone securely and does not need to be screwed on, which makes it much faster to install or remove.

Ulanzi have a good quality product at reasonable price. I made a wishlist and already have lights, rgb lights, flexible mini tripod, and phone rigs and no regrets. Next is a tripod and gear tree .... soon .....

The phone clip is really impressive. The attachment mirror not so much.
Really quick to mount when using an ARCA-SWISS styled mount on a tripod.
Highly recommend this product, even though it costs more. The quality of the clip is fantastic.

Let's start with the good, this is by far the Best Quick Release System ever, it is precise, it is safe and relatively light. It fits the DJI RSC 2 perfectly and it is an excellent addition for the DJI Ronin RSC 2 making it very fast the balancing process, and it also fits my Manfrotto Tripod Head, that it is great, since now I can use only one plate, but, it could have some improvement on this area (Manfrotto Mount part of the System). The Falcam 38 fits and safely locks on the Ronin avoiding the Camera accidentally fall either forward or backward, but on the Manfrotto tripod head if I put the the Falcam System on the tripod with the quick release on the back of the plate, it slides right trough the Manfrotto tripod base, in other words, it desn't safely locks the Camera and that is a problem since the Camera could accidentally fall off the tripod either forward or backward. In order to have the Ulanzi Falcam 38 quick Release System to safely lock on the Manfrotto Head I have to reverse the position of the the Falcam System with the quick release plate on the front. The only problem is that morning the Camera that way, the Camera get too "front heavy" and in order to solve that, I have to add a second Falcam 38 base on the other side of the Ulanzi Falcam 38 System, but that increased the weight that is not Ideal.
For solution, I suggest that Ulanzy, redesign the F-38 Quick Release System in order to fit and safely locks on both, Ronin RSC 2 and Manfrotto tripod head, in the same direction.
About the Falcam 38 Quick Release (base and plate), is the Best quick release on the market period, however, I wish that both, the base and the plate had an option for 2 screws option, in order to avoid the Camera to rotate out of alignment

Great products and I own quite a few. These include 17mm lenses for mobile phones. I was looking to get a phone case for my iPhone SE with a 17mm thread for the lenses. Very disappointed with their customer service when I asked if they had a case I was told they didn’t even though I found one eventually on line but Ulanzi direct were no help at all. They are a company unwilling to help.
